Rearranging order in which Adhoc charges appears on consignments Adhoc charges

Currently, the Adhoc Charges are sorted by the ID at their creation date. On the Consignment Adhoc Charges list, It would be beneficial to re-order/rearrange display, as required per customer.

Apply Lane Rate Based Fuel Levy to Adhoc Charges

Currently the global fuel levy is applied to Adhoc Charges. However, in some cases companies would like the lane-rate generated fuel levy to be applied. This should be configurable on a rate card basis.

Allow adhoc charges to update when recalculating

When changing charges in adhoc charges, the recalculate will not recalculate those updated charges. Any price changes need to be done immediately to all adhoc charges or any data entered will be old rates until each line is manually updated.

Currently seems to be sorting by ID or Creation Date, but would be great to be sorted by Description / Name on both the Portal and the Handheld App.

Timers in Adhoc Charges to calculate in Hours & Minutes

The customer charges $75 per hour but we have to enter that as $1.25 per minute and on the invoice it shows total minutes x $1.25. It gives us the correct result but it would be nicer if it did total hours & minutes x $75
