Option for Transport Rate Surcharges to include Fuel Levy in Calculation

Currently surcharges that apply to transport rates calculate on the charge values excluding fuel levy. It would be great to have an option to be able to define if a surcharge should include the fuel levy in the calculation.

Being able to change the default property FEFO

It will be very usefull if the Product/ Stock Selection Method: it was a variable on the system and you are able to choose the method, because in our case FEFO is not normal and everytime we create a product we have to change it to FIFO.
