Admin Notification to advise when a customer has amended/deleted an approved record

It would be great to have a setting to enable a notification to be sent or a to highlight a record that has been amended by a customer after it has been approved.

Export/Import function for Adhoc Charges at Customer Settings

When we need to apply an up-rate for Customers, there is no easy way to do this for the Adhoc charges as you cannot export the file. If the charges were able to be exported, updated and re-imported this would save a huge amount of time.
