When we need to apply an up-rate for Customers, there is no easy way to do this for the Adhoc charges as you cannot export the file.
If the charges were able to be exported, updated and re-imported this would save a huge amount of time.

The adhoc charges are a mess as we add on new charges as time goes by. It is becoming very time consuming to manage adhoc charges. We'd like to have an export/import function for adhoc charges to navigate and amend adhoc charges in an easier way.
