It would be useful to be able to export all of the charging history for a customer to be able to review specific charges by date and quantity.
Things like ad hoc charges and labelling fees etc
Currently this can only be done at the invoice level and is a time consuming process to be able to reconcile and report.
Also a "Rates Card Price History" would be useful as we update pricing in line with the annual CPI timing.
Further to this idea I would ask for a Rates Card that customers can view and download themselves. Every time I get a charge query on a customer invoice I could direct them to view their "Rates Card".
