Adding photos to the "Record Pickup POD" section of the drivers app

to avoid issues when the drivers "lose" paperwork, cna we add a take photos section when the drivers state the load is picked up in full.

Consignment Note Fee placed within Details page of Customer Charges / Rate Cards
