Specify individual order for Ad-hoc charge per specific customer rate card

We are able to add specific ad-hoc charges per rate card and will be good to be able to change the order of the ad-hoc charges per rate card.

Sliding Scale Adhoc charges to show charges in Rate Card

I noticed that a sliding scale adhoc charge shows $0.00 but when you go into it, it has the correct rates and rates fine too The ability for it to show the correct scale or some information other than $0.00 for rate set up.

Add select all (not just page) same as bulk edit warehouse locations for printing warehouse locations

Add the Select All toggle box from Bulk Edit Warehouse locations to the Print Warehouse locations page For example, to select all 544 lines versus only selecting 20 per per page and then having to go to page 2 next, and then do each page at a time.

Auto generate warehouse location barcodes when creating warehouse locations in bulk

When we create warehouse locations in bulk. We should auto generate a barcode based on warehouse location itself. Currently we have to go inside each warehouse location and then add a barcode after creating warehouse locations in bulk

add spaces field for picking

when you have finished picking an order and are booking the the consignment details have the ability to add how many pallet spaces the consignment may be. For example 2 pallets in 1 space.
