Best experience was an existing client in Lake Wanaka NZ had signed up to FAIRE, and had his first order, but had forgotten to let me know. Seven minutes and the order was live in my WMS. Orderdesk also populated Tracking data for the each order to ecommerce site. And it was so cheap. They also handle email imports using a specific email addressee.
