The need for us to capture the freight tracking details was for our clients visibility. As most of our clients integrations now have the freight tracking being pushed back to their eCom platform which is awesome(!!), the clients who don't integrate to this level still rely on the customer portal for tracking visibility.
I have however noticed after customer feedback the tracking details from Sales Orders are not visible through the customer portal. See attached.
Is it possible to have this feature visible to the customer?
Just an idea to keep things ticking along nicely :)
