Use QR code instead of 2D barcode on the mobile app

I just saw the video 'how to series with Tony' and notice that when he scan barcode from the mobile, he uses an individual barcode scanner, I assume it is connected to the mobile device via Bluetooth. Would be easier to have QR code instead of 2D ...

POD sent based on Address

Have deliveries that only require a POD for an address not each consignment. Would make it easier when delivering to unmanned sites.

Email stream for Support

Currently CartonCloud create new email streams for all correspondence via the Support network. Would it be possible to create one email stream stemming from the initial enquiry?
