In some places CartonCloud exports CSV files, while in others it exports XLS. This can cause confusion, and also makes it complicated for users to remember which file format they need to import.
Some parsers are capable of handling both CSV and XLS, so if this could be implemented into all file import areas (Delivery Zones, Addresses, Products etc), it would simplify the experience for a new user getting the system setup.
