Customer gets consignments that are too large to go one truck and needs the ability to split Consignment items to another consignment.
e.g. Consignment A is 42 PLTs and the max number of pallets their truck can take is 30.
They could split it as Consignment A 30 PLTs & Consignment A-1 12 PLTs.
