I would like to be able to configure checklists that could appear in various areas of the application, or even as a separate 'mode' for all users on the mobile application (further filtering could add value).
For example, I would like to configure a checklist for the driver to complete when they login to the app or start their activities for a day (acknowledging this is currently not part of the workflow for the driver app). Or I may like to configure a checklist as part of a purchase order or sale order.
It would be useful but certainly not required to be able to apply some logic to when these checklists could appear/apply within the application.
The user should have the ability to add pictures to the checklist if they wish.
I would also like the ability to configure alerts or notifications based upon logic from the checklists, and the ability to trigger actions based off answers to certain questions. For example, I may like to send a notification to my logistics manager based upon certain answers to the driver checklist.
I'd like these checklists to be able to be saved and viewed later with time stamp, and the option of adding a signature from the person completing the checklist.
