Ability to mandate Modification Reasons when Performing Stock Adjustments

When making Stock adjustments, it's important for our business to capture the reason why these changes were necessary.

While the functionality is there, we want the ability for the modification reason to be mandated to be able to complete the adjustment.

We would also like the ability to report on this so we can capture the percentage of our adjustments going to Shrinkage vs Damaged vs Stocktake etc.

This is good. A previous company I worked for we had reason codes Rcustomer retuened / back to stock Inventory / lost and found Damages - write offs. Damages - repaired and back to stock (sold at discount) Write offs - internal / promotional use
