I have become aware of an opportunity for error (May have made this error today)
When a user moves stock in the app's SCAN MOVE function, it is a simple cyclic process of scan product, scan location, scan location and the app confirms the location hands free and you move on to the next product.
My error opportunity arrives if the user has been using the Move Cart and leaves this toggle on. If you follow the same process, you end up with a warning on the screen that you have not selected products..... scanning the next product closes this pop up and enters the next product's barcode into the "TO LOCATION" field, then scanning the location enters the pop up error - - - without looking at the screen this sends the user on a chain of moves they think they have made but actually haven't
I know the simple solution is to look at the screen, and this is now very clear in my mind - but the addition of a simple "Ding Ding" that occurs when other errors occur (Like "There's no matching product or location") would potentially save a significant chain of errors.
