Would love a comments tab on the customers profile that we can leave specific notes for internal staff only to see. i.e when was the last uprate, did they skip and uprate this year etc. Cannot leave notes anywhere that 'keep tabs' on what we have done for this customer. Even general notes, "only chep pallets no loscams" etc.
Would be very helpful just to have a section to leave notes. Also have a history tab on the ratecards. So i can see the last time the customers rates were changed etc.

Agree this would be extremely important to see past rates details internally.
Agree, we would love to see a comments section under the rate card, so we can add notes as to why certain things have been changed and by whom with dates etc. Thanks.
