Improve the consignment item interface to

• give precedence to fields which need to be wider by reducing other fields (e.g. make Description wider and dims narrower),

• improve the user experience to minimise scrolling, and

• create a UI/UX which will facilitate better data entry speeds so that consignments can be keyed in quicker if necessary
