We're trying to implement a driver waiting charge for our customers but the only real way to do this is via text communication with drivers which aren't always reliable. Can a button on the mobile app be created for drivers to press when they are waiting to be unloaded/venue to be open? We would also like this button to come with an auto notification to our admin email for follow up on why it has been pressed.
