A Tenancy customer has the setting for POD overlay turned on.
An invoice is loaded against the consignment.
A delivery with a sign on the glass will show a POD overlay on the invoice.
But
If the delivery is completed with only Photos and the receiver name, then the POD overlay does not generate on the invoice.
The POD shows the Proof of delivery template and the photos, No customer invoice is attached and No Invoice overlay.
The idea is to have the Overlay appear with a Date, Name and possibly GPS coordinates, even if there is no signature.
The invoice should always be a part of the POD if the POD Overlay is turned on.
