Allow for charging (Rated and AdHoc) on the Shipments and Containers. This is a super useful feature to plan inbound (incoming goods). We have a number of charges (rated and adhoc) that would be attached to the receiving of a shipment and the handling of a container. Currenlty these charges are being added as ad hoc charges on the Purchase Order (Manually) which can be missed from time to time.
