When you have 5 + pages of invoices it can become difficult to remember what you have looked at and what information you're missing. We are currently writing notes in the Internal Reference section e.g. - waiting for PO 11/12. That way we know we've looked at it on that day and that is all that was missing. Once all information is there we then have to delete the comment prior to pushing through the invoice.
It would be good to have a comments section that didn't pull through to invoicing that we could leave notes when required.
