As a WMS and TMS tenant who uses their own drivers to do the deliveries. There is a need for the Carton and Pallet qty to be fulfilled in the WF CI. This helps the driver understand how many pallets they have to load but how many Cartons they need to hand unload.
For charging purposes the driver loads as pallets but the charge to transport is per carton.
The only current work around is to use the packscreen and then go to the Consingment and update the Consignment Items
