Allow all customers or multi customers (enabling a wall to wall within parameters)
Very useful for end of financial year where we could complete wall to wall and minimise the risk of missing customer stock where multi customers are in the same zone.
Enables wall to wall empty location check.
Suspect this is large a scope component so feel free to quote this piece separately if so.
Add additional filters of product fields and POP Fields (includes and excludes options)
Where we have the ABC stock profile loaded against the product this would allow filtering on C movers only or product type, group only as an example.
POP fields would be useful for Project Storage where stock for only specific projects needs to be checked or stock from a particular inbound movement.
Filter empty Locations only option
Additional filter of Zone - so we can limit to pick face, reserve or customer allocated space in addition.
Ideally - behaviour for an empty location check only should be
if product(s) is found in empty bin(s), this should auto trip a new stock/cycle count for Customer (s)+ Products found in empty bin(s) so that the product is balanced correctly
the empty bin where products are found in the previous phase should be included in the cycle count.
Record the empty bin failure in a reportable way
DO NOT create a PO adding stock as part of the Empty Cycle Count as it likely another location is down the quantity found in the empty location
this will be taken care of in the above auto cycle count
