Add a field to the Sales Order Report showing the CartonCloud user who created/placed each Sales Order.
This would improve accountability, traceability and customer management, particularly where multiple users from the same customer have access to CartonCloud. It would allow warehouse and customer service teams to quickly identify who submitted an order when investigating order discrepancies, incorrect information, late orders or other issues.
Ideally, the field would display the user's name and/or email address and be available as a report column that can be filtered and exported.
