Believe that any report that we can generate from Carton Cloud should have the function to set an automated email. This ensures we meet customer demand of emailing a SOH report daily, without the reliance of staff remembering to do so, or added cost via Carton Cloud BOLT integration
Hi. We support this idea. We have customers who are requesting this feature, because not all the involved people have access to the portal due to internal processes. This functionality would help reach more people and enable faster action.
This function will be beneficial. We have multiple customers requesting weekly/daily reports that needs to be done manually. There is a risk of this report being missed during unplanned and planned leave.
