Failure Notifications and Successful Notifications to have different email addresses as the Successful would go to the Customer Service to process, Failures to go to Inventory/Admins to fix up before Approval for Pick or Pack

Can be an extension to CC-I-28 as well so we can add multiple email addresses as well.
