We need to be able to edit the DMA email Notification template.
The current template notes that:
"If this DMA does require a response and relates to either damaged goods, a failed delivery attempt or some other stock-related issue; we require a reply within 2 business days. If no reply is received the stock will be destroyed. "
This is not a policy that we have for our customers and need to be able to modify the message that is sent for this email.
I would also add that DMA is a terrible acronym and would mean nothing to the customer who receives it.
