When you create a RTS PO from a sales order, the PO and auto emails dont show a lot of detail, only the Customer reference number from the original SO.
Can the Delivery name of the Sales order be combined to the reference number so it appears on the email body of auto email, and in PO reports etc.
Customer is complaining they dont know who the RTS is for even though it is their reference on the RTS, would help with visibility if possible.
