Enable date delivered on the invoice consignment tab and have the consignment add to the invoice based on this date

Currently orders are being added onto the invoice as the consignments are closed off. This is confusing for the customer as it does not represent that date. for example. Sales order added, picked on the 1/1/2020, the consignment gets delivered on the 2/01/2020. Then will be added to invoice for the 2/01/2020 but date will show on the invoice as 1/01/2020.
