Drivers can send clever ETA text messages based on geolocation, via the CartonCloud mobile app... Nice.
By default, these messages are sent via the drivers' own mobile number; which is not ideal but necessary.
However, we have the Twilio integration, which is currently only used to send "In transit" & "Delivery complete" status messages to the customer.
The mobile apps should be updated to use the available Twilio integration for sending these ETA messages also, to prevent drivers' personal mobile phone numnber private.
