When a PO is marked as "received" the stock is captured in the quantity of "In Warehouse" and "Free"
System should not include this value as the stock has not yet been verified.
Use Case:
"At the end of last week we received a large purchase order for Brennan. We confirmed receipt of the stock but did not have time to verify it. Some of the stock was damaged and some was missing eg will be a split PO.
One of the products affected was XYZ.
The attached stock report run this morning shows that there are 4 x XYZ available, but there isn’t. The stock is still unverified. We haven’t received 4 units. When the stock is verified it will show that there are only 3 available."

Yep, we've just recently had this come up in question with a customer. It was being assumed that a SOH report was verfied. Discrepancies were raised but it was found out that it was due to the SOH being pulled before and during the receiving and verification stages.
