Add the little grey filters to Customer Charges/ adhoc pages to put Enabled (Yes) to top of page.

Add the little grey filters to Customer Charges/ adhoc pages to put Enabled (Yes) to top of page so when updating charges you dont have to scroll down looking for the little yes. No biggie, just handy if easy.

Create a per unit charge in billing plans

As a user, I would like to be able to charge a customer per unit or per order either over or within a certain range, ideally combined with a flat fee. Ie $699 up to 3000 orders and then $0.35c per order over that amount.
