Some settings (very hard to tell which) only seem to be reloaded when you log out and back into the mobile app - as a result we often advise users to log out and back in if they've made any org-level changes.
It would be useful if there were some way to trigger setting reload without needing to log out/in - potentially a reload button from the Settings page where Tenant Selection is performed.
