When making Stock adjustments, it's important for our business to capture the reason why these changes were necessary.
While the functionality is there, we want the ability for the modification reason to be mandated to be able to complete the adjustment.
We would also like the ability to report on this so we can capture the percentage of our adjustments going to Shrinkage vs Damaged vs Stocktake etc.

Yes - I would like to have a drop down of reasons (that we create) the storeman can use to keep some consistency. Would then like to be download a report on reasons so we can give insights internally and externally for any inventory issues and develop processes to fix.
