Picker is able to pick multiple orders simultaneously into totes which are on a trolly they push about.
Picker can generate a "wave pick" themselves from the mobile app and the system determines which orders to combine together, ideally minimising walking and maximising order overlap.
Each time they pick something they're told which Tote to put it into.
Each Tote contains one order.
One order may be spread over multiple totes if it's large.
