I understand locking accounts can be tricky, but could we have a simple workaround where access to CartonCloud is blocked when an account is marked as “Credit Hold”? The system could continue operating in the background as normal, but the customer would be unable to log in and view anything.
We would still change their username to “CREDIT HOLD” as we currently do, but if they can’t access the system it usually prompts quick payment. Even something basic like a login message saying “Account Locked – please contact your freight provider’s accounts team” would be enough.
