increasingly getting asked to provide DIFOT reporting to clients. Would be amazing if using data here on errors +/- as well as actual vs intended delivery day and possibly even delivery time to be able to produce weekly and monthly DIFOT reports.

Essential for dealing with the corporate clients. Need to be able to configure what is standard delivery time frame by customer and region eg 2 days to NSW cities, 4 days to rural regions in NSW. Aswell as setting up global for all customers who don't have a specific one
