As a rate administrator I want to be able to hide disabled adhoc charges against a customer charge, so that I only see valid adhoc charges that apply to that customer or group of customers.
Add the ability to hide or show adhoc charges against a customer charge based on whether they are enabled (Show) or disabled (Hide).
Please note this would need to be added to all the adhoc tabs in the customer charges.
