With the new linked custom fields feature, you can store open and closing times against an address and link them to the collect, deliver and on-forwarder address of a consignment.
Great news, this functionality (excluding the optimiser based on these times) is currently scheduled. There is actually a lot of moving pieces to make this work, so it is still a little time away before we have all the pieces completed, stay tuned.
