We would like to be able to add instructions to an address not onto a customer and then address.
We have over 80 customers who all go to the same places so it would be good to tag "öpen after 3pm, call Billy etc" to the address and not have to create a default instructions for every customer against the same address
With the addition of the new Custom Fields functionality where you can link an address instructions field with the collect, deliver and on-forwarder addresses, this requirement can now be achieved. For more details please reach out to our support team.
Agree if we have very specific instructions for a location such as up lift on dock 1 to L3 take left turn towards food court walk 100m. This needs t be embedded in address and related to particular clients.
