For Packing orders, there should a photo feature. before we close the box up, take a photo of items inside box and attach it to customers note. if a customer calls an says they never got that that item we can look into their packing an see a photo to confirm if there is or isn't that item inside.

It would also be useful if the packed photos were directly accessible via a link in the email sent to the client. We need to be able to take photos at the end of the packing process and also upload any photos taken previously please.
Yes please, we've had issues where pallets don't arrive in the same condition it left us, we now do a photo which we upload manually. Thanks!
Great idea. Much needed functionality. We don't necessarily need to take photo in the box, but definately of the picked order. Maybe multiple pallets, so need to just say "take photo(s)" perhaps at the end of the picking. Photograph anything from inside a single carton to many pallets (maybe upto 20?)

Agree. We would take photo of the package, or loaded pallet, to show despatched in good quality and what the package looks like. Our Customers are asking for this ASAP.
