Consignments may be generated by a Sale Order either before they're packed, or when they're packed. It's tough to know when the Consignment's items have been correctly updated in the post-pack process, because there's a window between the pack being completed, and the items being updated.
This is important in integrations, where being able to trigger certain integrations to take place once we know the Items are correct would be very beneficial.
