Save time in single-item orders by doing the following:
Create a wave out of single item orders, maximising cross-over between orders.
Pick all the orders in one go, simply putting all items onto a single trolley (don’t need specific totes or anything).
Bring everything back to a packing station, and then, rather than working through order-by-order, work through item-by-item, simply picking it each and scanning them.
As each item is scanned, this brings up any unpacked order from the wave which contains that item.
User can then pack, print shipping label, and dispatch.
