As we do not charge for inbound receiving of bulk PO's. This we pride ourselves on as we bundle this fee into the outbound charge which allows us to preach the 'only pay for what you sell' pitch, works a dream. We do however want to start charging for processing returns via the RTS feature.
A separate fee for RTS processing would be awesome, this would allow us to remain flexible with our inbound process pricing VS returns processing which is a very incomparable task for us (Pallets/containers of high volumes vs small satchels of 1-2 units).
