Sliding Scale Adhoc charges to show charges in Rate Card

I noticed that a sliding scale adhoc charge shows $0.00 but when you go into it, it has the correct rates and rates fine too The ability for it to show the correct scale or some information other than $0.00 for rate set up.

Create new 'Show on Mobile' flag for adhoc charges

Currently, we have no option to limit what charges are exposed on mobile without impacting views on the charges tab of the SO. This is needed to allow adhoc charges to be hidden on the mobile, but visible on the webapp.

Timers in Adhoc Charges to calculate in Hours & Minutes

The customer charges $75 per hour but we have to enter that as $1.25 per minute and on the invoice it shows total minutes x $1.25. It gives us the correct result but it would be nicer if it did total hours & minutes x $75
