Stock Consolidation
As a warehouse administrator, when I have picked the same product off different pallets and have a small quantity remaining on each pallet, I want to be able to easily merge these different POP records into one to make it easier to manage allocations, picking and even stock reporting.
We need to be able to combine multiple POPs into a single POP, essentially performing a merge.
In order to achieve this the proposal is to create a zero charge outgoing SO that reduces the POP quantities to 0, then a zero charge incoming PO that contains a POP with the combined quantity and all of the details of the original POPs.
One issue I can see is that you would need to choose a "primary" POP to merge the others into, so the new POP contains the details of the primary POP.
